Murfor Compact masonry reinforcement is a specialised product designed to enhance the strength and durability of masonry structures. It consists of a steel mesh with high tensile strength that is embedded within mortar joints or applied on the surface of masonry walls. Murfor Compact A-80 and Murfor Compact A-40 are two variants of the Murfor Compact masonry reinforcement system. Murfor Compact A-80 consists of a Block  brick reinforcement mesh with 14 steel cords, while Murfor Compact A-40 features a mesh with seven steel cords. Murfor® Compact comes rolled in a convenient, easy to handle and transport packaging. This lightweight reinforcement comes in two different widths of 40mm and 80mm. The two can be combined and cut to desired lengths to accommodate different wall widths and prevent cracking as well as sagging of walls. It’s 1/10th the weight of traditional reinforcement, which makes it easy and quick to install.
